Assessment of Delay and Impact from Insurable Event

Settlement of various areas of this hospitals ground floor during construction resulted in an accepted insurance claim.  However, opinions differed between the GC and its insurer as to the extent of disruption, resequencing and delay caused to the project as a whole.  Pearson was retained to conduct independent analysis which could be used by the parties as the basis for resolution.
