The unusual concave upper stories of this highly visible city center Toronto building resulted in the General Contractor being unable to provide its curtainwall subtrade with the access and material handling facilities required by the Subcontract.  Pearson Consulting provided a detailed analysis of the Subcontract access issues together with an analysis of the changed installation requirements and the delay and loss of productivity which resulted.
