Baseline Planning & Scheduling and Updates Throughout Construction

The project involved the addition of 4 floors to the existing Block M operating block at Sunnybrook Hospital in Toronto.  Fundamental to planning and execution of the work was the maintenance of ongoing hospital functions throughout the existing operating theatre floors.  Engaged by the General Contractor, Pearson produced the Baseline Schedule and all subsequent monthly updates and progress reports and liaised between the General Contractor and Hospital Operations throughout.
