Souvik provides Pearson clients with delay analysis, monthly progress and schedule update reporting and guidance in complying with complex contractual scheduling requirements. With 13 years of experience in the planning and scheduling of large scale infrastructure, residential, commercial and institutional projects in Kuwait, Ethiopia, Nigeria and India, Souvik has a high level of proficiency in the use of P6, MS Project and Deltek software. His is a member of PMI and AACE Toronto Chapter and brings the most current thinking in the time control of construction to all of his work.
