Planning and Scheduling; Delay Analysis and Report

Though supply and fabrication of the permanent works was undertaken in Korea, design, supply and erection of all falsework, and the pre-assembly and erection of the permanent works, was to be provided by our client.  An 18-month delay in the supply of the main bridge components and changes in the General Contractor’s erection scheme led to extended onsite durations and additional costs for our client.  Pearson Consulting provided planning and scheduling and delay analysis services.
