Claim Strategy and Documentation; Delay Analysis

As with many education facilities, completion for the upcoming school year was a focus of the construction contract.  Early delays by the Contractor caused a need for early identification of delay responsibilities and consequent responsibilities for the necessary acceleration.  Pearson was engaged to prepare an independent delay analysis to facilitate the parties negotiations.
