Expert Delay Analysis and Report

To allow the acoustic design of this theatre to perform at its intended level, the structure was founded on a complex array of isolation pads between foundations and steelwork, insulating the audience from nearby railroad vibrations.  Refinement of the coordination between isolation pads and steelwork design resulted in completion delays.  Pearson Consulting was retained by the consultant’s E&O insurer to provide an Expert Report on the responsibilities for delay.
