Expert Delay Analysis and Report

The scope of our General Contractor client was the rehabilitation of the existing concrete deck, the reinforcing of existing concrete piers and the supply and installation of lateral structural steel pier extensions to facilitate the construction of two additional traffic lanes to each side of the bridge.  The discovery of numerous found conditions and consequent scope changes resulted in an 18-month delay to the reopening of this busy commuter access point to the City of Edmonton.
