Conducted whilst the existing plaza and toll booths remained in operation, the Project involved the staged removal of all existing facilities and the multiphased construction of a state-of-the-art border crossing, together with current security technologies, screening and control of people and goods.  Pearson Consulting provided scheduling and administration services focused on minimizing the impact of construction on the 24-hour plaza operations.
