The Contract for the restoration of the exterior walls and copper roofing of this historic legislative assembly building contained the strictest quality considerations. Due to disagreements with regard to quality between the Province and the GC’s repair and cladding restoration subtrade, the General Contract was terminated when the work was some 50% complete and Pearson was retained to provide Expert analysis of the resulting delays.
