Expert Delay Analysis and Report

Our client’s scope of work involved the restoration of the whole of the existing jail facility, the construction of four new cell blocks and a cook-freeze kitchen capable of preparing meals for much of the Ontario prison population.  Retained part-way through construction, Pearson produced various independent reports and ultimately an Expert Delay Analysis and Report following completion.
