Expert Delay Analysis and Responding Report

As part of Parliament Hill restorations and renovations, the iconic Canadian Library of Parliament was restored to its original state.  Inevitably, the project was impact and delayed by many found conditions.  Retained by counsel to the Architectural Consortium, Pearson was mandated to examine and opine upon detailed delay analysis by the Government of Canada which suggested that the Architectural Consortium was responsible for a significant portion of delay.
