Expert Delay Analysis and Report

Built in the mid-1800’s as a brewery and distillery, the City of Kingston facilitated the restoration of the Tett Center in 2015 as a hub for creativity and learning.  The restoration involved the stabilization of original walls and roof structure whilst creating minimal visual disturbance to the 150-year-old appearance.  Pearson was engaged to prepare Expert Delay Analysis and Report and to support the client through successful mediation.
