This iconic project contained a concrete and steel structure with geometries and complexity unique to the industry which presented unusual challenges to all members of the design and construction team. The complexity of the structure led to project delays and to the need for substantial redesign during the steel erection process. Pearson was retained by the Owner/Construction Manager to examine and opine upon delay and lost fabrication and erection productivity claims from the structural steel subtrade.
