Expert Delay Analysis and Report

Housing high-status biocontainment research laboratories, teaching facilities, animal care laboratories and lecture halls, this project contained complex mechanical, electrical and environmental containment services.  Due to Federal and Provincial funding, the project was constructed on an unusually short schedule established post-award.  Pearson Consulting was engaged to assess the effect of the imposed fast-track schedule and to assist the Consultant in determining the participant’s additional costs. hello
