Expert Delay Analysis and Report

The project involved the construction of a power plant with a fuel stock consisting of waste from restaurants, food preparation, meat processing and pulp and paper industries.  Despite the nature and specific wording of the EPC Contract, the Owner interfered with the scope, selected equipment suppliers and configuration of the plant systems resulting in significant construction delays and increased costs to our client ultimately resulting in the preparation of an Expert Delay Report.
