Master Schedule; Schedule Updates Throughout the Project

This project contained culinary arts teaching and laboratory facilities and also student housing.  As such, it was particularly sensitive to being completed prior to the September student intake.  To control the risk associated with occupancy, Pearson was engaged by the University to produce a Baseline Schedule including construction, university fit-out and occupancy activities and to closely monitor the scheduling and performance of construction.
